This week, we were deeply saddened by the tragic passing of Poppy Atkinson, a talented young footballer who loved the sport.
Poppy was just 10 years old. Her passion and determination inspired everyone around her, and she dreamed of playing for Manchester United one day.
A Tribute at Our Next Match
To honour Poppy’s memory, we will hold a minute’s applause in the 10th minute of our match against Blackburn Rovers on Sunday, 16th March.
