All to play for on the final day.
Jocelyn Prêcheur’s side were made to wait to seal the title, as London City Lionesses were held to a frustrating 1–1 draw by Durham in their final home game of the season.

Despite dominating large spells of the match in their final home game of the season, it took a second-half equaliser from Izzy Goodwin to secure a vital point under the Sunday sunshine.
With both London City and Birmingham drawing in their penultimate fixtures, the Women’s Championship title will now be decided on the final day. A win or a draw against Birmingham at St Andrew’s will see London City crowned champions.
It was Durham who threatened first, as Mollie Lambert broke through the Pride's backline inside two minutes, but Emily Orman denied her with a strong early save.
London City soon found their rhythm, controlling possession and working the ball well. Sofia Jakobsson almost connected with a teasing Rofiat Imuran cross inside the opening 10 minutes.
However, it was Durham who struck first. Hannah Blake picked up the ball on the edge of the box and curled a great effort into the bottom corner to give the visitors the lead after 18 minutes.
The Pride pushed hard for an equaliser, with Kosovare Asllani and Jakobsson delivering dangerous crosses into the box, but the breakthrough wouldn’t come before half-time.

Durham almost doubled their advantage just before the break, but Saki Kumagai produced a vital last-ditch interception to deny Durham a near-certain goal.
After the restart, London City piled on the pressure. Asllani went close with a curling shot that whistled past the post in the 54th minute.
Just two minutes later, our persistence paid off. Jakobsson delivered a pinpoint ball from the right, and Goodwin rose to glance home the equaliser, sparking huge celebrations inside Hayes Lane.

The hosts continued to push for a winner. Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah forced a brilliant save from Riley Foster with a towering header, and Miljana Ivanović almost found the net deep into stoppage time, her fierce drive flashing just over the bar.
Despite throwing everything at Durham, London City had to settle for a point — but promotion remains in our hands.
One last push.
