Player Programme

The Pride's Academy is comprised of four squads, ranging from the Under-14s to the Under-21s.

London City Lionesses U21s compete in the national Professional Game Academy league, taking on the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United.

London City Lionesses U16s, U14s, and U12s participate in the Junior Premier League, a national competition that features the best teams in our region.

The Club takes a holistic approach to development, delivering comprehensive training sessions and workshops regarding player care, education, and sports psychology throughout the season.

Safeguarding at London City

The Pride is proud to support the Play Safe campaign, an initiative designed to spotlight the importance of safeguarding in our national sport.

The Club is committed to upholding the highest safeguarding standards, pledging to create a youth academy council to create feedback loops between our staff, players, and other stakeholders.
